Who We Are at BraveAssist
BraveAssist was founded in early 2025 by Albert Wierda after years of working with remote teams across different countries. He saw two problems repeating: companies in competitive industries struggling to hire skilled people at sustainable costs, and remote workers not receiving fair pay or the structure they needed to grow.
BraveAssist was created to solve both sides of that equation. We help businesses access reliable, trained professionals at a realistic cost, while ensuring the people doing the work receive stable opportunities, fair compensation, and long-term support. Our goal is simple: help companies move forward, and help people build better careers at the same time.
As part of our vision, we donate 10% of our profit to orphanages and animal shelters around the Manila area. Supporting the community where a large part of our team lives and works is a fundamental part of who we are and why BraveAssist exists.
