These terms govern your use of braveassist.com. By using the site you accept them. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the site.

2. What this website is
This site describes our managed remote staffing service and the roles we provide. It is for information purposes.
Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Descriptions of roles, service levels and prices are indicative and do not create a contract. Any engagement with BraveAssist is governed by a separate written agreement between us and the client, which prevails over anything stated here.
Prices. Prices shown are starting prices, quoted per month, exclusive of VAT where applicable. Actual pricing depends on the role, level, working pattern and term agreed, and is confirmed in writing before any engagement begins.
Service descriptions. We describe typical responsibilities and timelines in good faith. Timings such as availability within 24 to 72 hours reflect normal circumstances and are not guarantees. What we commit to in any specific case is set out in the agreement with that client.
Our model. BraveAssist provides a managed service. We are not a staffing agency and not an employer of record. Clients do not employ our specialists, and we do not become the employer of the client’s staff.
3. Using the site
You may use this site for lawful purposes connected with evaluating or using our services.
You must not:
- use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system
- introduce malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the site’s operation
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content for commercial purposes without our written permission
- use any contact details published on the site to send unsolicited commercial communications
We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, in whole or in part, without notice.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, images, page design and layout — is owned by Helio Management OOD or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
BraveAssist and the BraveAssist logo are our trade marks.
You may view, download and print pages for your own reference or for evaluating our services. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the site without our prior written consent.
5. Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that its content is complete, accurate or up to date. Content may be changed at any time without notice.
We do not guarantee that the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict the site for business or operational reasons.

The site may link to third-party websites, and uses third-party services such as scheduling and analytics tools. We do not control those sites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

We may amend these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the amended terms.
10. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site, are governed by Bulgarian law. The courts of Bulgaria have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in the EU you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence and benefit from any mandatory protections of that country’s law.
