Junior Forwarder
Handles the high-volume forwarding desk work: entering bookings, preparing house bills, packing lists and pre-alerts, issuing arrival notices, and keeping track & trace current by chasing status from carriers and overseas agents. Works to your desk's procedures — the reliable pair of hands that frees your senior forwarders from repetitive booking and documentation load.

Experienced Forwarder
Manages shipments end to end across air, sea and road — from quote and rate request through booking, documentation and delivery. Coordinates directly with carriers, overseas agents and customs, and resolves delays and document discrepancies before they escalate, keeping files moving without the desk being checked over their shoulder.

Expert Forwarder
A senior forwarding operator for complex, multimodal and project cargo. Strong on routing, carrier and rate-negotiation support, exception and claims handling, and the judgment calls that keep difficult shipments on track — and can tighten your desk's procedures and bring junior forwarders up to speed. For when forwarding is the core of your business.
SaaS & Tech
Tier-1 support, onboarding, QA, data ops and CS operations.
Junior Tier-1 Support
Handles inbound tickets, live chat and email — answering common product questions from your runbooks and help docs, resolving account, access and login issues, and escalating anything complex to Tier-2 with clean notes. Works well with saved replies and defined procedures.

Experienced Tier-1 Support
Owns the front-line queue day to day: troubleshoots beyond the script, raises first-contact resolution, keeps response times within SLA, handles frustrated users, and updates macros and help-centre articles as gaps appear. Reduces the load on Tier-2 instead of just passing tickets up.

Expert Tier-1 Support
Anchors the front line — resolves the hardest first-line tickets, analyses ticket trends and flags recurring product issues, builds out the knowledge base to deflect repeat questions, and tightens escalation workflows. Can coach junior agents and lift the whole queue, for when support quality directly drives retention.
Trading & E‑commerce
Order processing, supplier coordination, catalogue & returns — for online sellers and importers, wholesalers & distributors.
Junior Order Processing Specialist
Enters and verifies orders, updates order statuses, prepares shipping documentation, processes tracking updates, and flags exceptions like address errors or stock mismatches. High-volume order administration worked to your process.

Experienced Order Processing Specialist
Manages orders from confirmation to delivery — coordinating with warehouses, suppliers and carriers, resolving delays and fulfilment issues before customers notice, processing changes and cancellations, and keeping order data accurate across your webshop, ERP and marketplaces.

Expert Order Processing Specialist
Runs fulfilment with the oversight of an operations lead: complex multi-channel and B2B order flows, streamlining order-to-delivery, cutting error rates and handling time, and reporting on fulfilment performance. Tightens procedures as volume scales — for when a mishandled order costs you a customer.
Everyday Business Roles
Assistants, social, research and bookkeeping — for any business.
Junior Virtual Assistant
Best for task-based support. Our Junior VAs handle data entry, file organization, basic research, calendar updates, and routine admin tasks. They work well with clearly defined instructions and are ideal for businesses looking for dependable, entry-level assistance.

Experienced Virtual Assistant
With strong remote work experience, our Experienced VAs can manage inboxes, coordinate schedules, conduct market research, format documents, and support internal processes. They’re proactive, organized, and require minimal supervision to deliver consistent results.

Expert Virtual Assistant
Resourceful and strategic, our Expert VAs bring multi-functional support across operations, client communications, project coordination, and process improvement. They anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and often serve as a right-hand operator to founders and busy executives.

Frequently Asked Questions
Not sure how it works or what to expect? We’ve answered the most common questions below to help you get started with confidence.
What if my industry isn't listed?
Most non-vertical needs fit Everyday Business Roles — assistants, bookkeeping, marketing, research and support for any business. If it's more specific, book a meeting and we'll scope whether we can source it within our areas: back-office, support, operations & sales.
How is an industry-specialised team different from a general virtual assistant?
A general VA learns your field from scratch. Our specialists come from the roles and workflows of your industry — a forwarder who's handled customs documentation, an agent who's run a helpdesk, a processor who's worked an ERP — so they step in with the context already there. Less ramp-up, fewer errors, more affinity and ongoing continuity.
Do your professionals work in our tools?
Yes — your specialist works inside your own systems, and you onboard them to your specific setup and direct the day-to-day; we handle the people and continuity behind them. Many have prior experience with the common platforms in their field — Cargowise or Magaya in freight, Zendesk or Intercom in SaaS, Shopify and the marketplaces in e-commerce — but we match on the role and its workflows first, not on any single piece of software.
Can one person cover more than one function?
Yes. Customer support, sales support and back-office run across every industry, so a single managed specialist can span functions where the workload makes sense. We scope this with you before anyone starts.
Do you provide consumer-facing customer service?
Yes. Chat and email can be handled in English or in your customers' own language — our specialists use AI translation tools to work across languages. Phone support is in English only. If you need a native speaker in a specific language, by phone or in writing, we can source one on request, at a separate rate.
How fast can someone start?
A single role is typically working within 24 to 72 hours; larger multi-role setups of five or more take up to three weeks to build.
